BOOKINGS & PAYMENT: 30% of tariff is payable as a non-refundable deposit at the time of making a booking. This will confirm your booking as per the written confirmation provided by Hakuba Gondola Hotel & indicates your acceptance of obligation for amounts payable by you for the booking. Balance is due not less than 60 days prior to arrival date (non-refundable). GST is included in tariff where applicable. Payment of deposit is your confirmation and acceptance of Booking Conditions. Please note that no changes to your reservation are permitted within 60 days of your arrival date.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Cancellations outside 60 days of your arrival date will incur a 30% Administration Fee. Cancellations within 60 days of your arrival date will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking.
COVID POLICY: In the event of a government imposed COVID travel restriction (Government lock-down or border closures) a change of date or a refund minus a 30% cancellation charge of the full booking price & any non recoverable cost from external suppliers. Date changes made due to COVID are subject to seasonality, availability and Terms & Conditions of external suppliers and may incur an additional cost. Reasonable notice (5 days before travel) must be given to be eligible for credit or refund where possible, exceptions may be granted if restrictions are put in place within the 5 days before travel. All credit rebookings are subject to original booking conditions.
Hakuba Gondola Hotel takes no liability or responsibility for any injuries sustained whilst at the resort or on the snow fields and recommends all passengers travelling have individual Insurance Policies covering snow related activities.
